South West Mediation & Virtual Admin Services offers a range of services to help organisations, community and individuals in Bunbury and the South West of Western Australia. Our expertise includes mediation, conflict resolution, employee/supervisor coaching and development, as well as tenders, proposals, and grant writing and other virtual admin services.
Jan is a warm-hearted and thoughtful leader who has developed outstanding leadership skills over her diverse career. Her personal and professional goals align, as she seeks to add value to the lives of others in her work, her mediation, her coaching, and her community. Jan has extensive experience in mediation, conflict resolution, leadership, employee and team development. She is a highly experienced workplace coach/consultant.
Jan is an experienced workshop facilitator, and a accredited Human Synergistic Practitioner. She has held positions including Operations Manager, Management Accountant & Human Resources Manager, People & Culture Manager, General Manager and Senior Leadership Consultant across a variety of industries. Jan is an NMAS accredited meditator and has a real passion for helping facilitate outcomes for parties in dispute. Jan values kindness and finds the most joy in assisting others to grow, develop and be confident, however this may look for them.
Role of Mediator
Mediators do not advise upon, evaluate or determine disputes. They assist in managing the process of dispute and conflict resolution whereby the participants agree upon the outcomes, when appropriate.
Mediation
Mediation processes are primarily facilitative processes. The mediator provides assistance in managing a process which supports the participants to make decisions about future actions and outcomes.
